When searching for homes online, some prospective buyers may never read the description of the property. They simply scan through the picture until they find one that picture their interest. That’s why we have professional photographers who take their time to capture your home in the best possible light. We also create floor plans, Youtube videos and websites for our listings.
Internet and Social Media Marketing Strategy
Our listings are distributed to dozens of prominent real estate websites, and we have exclusive sites such as ReMax.com and partnerships with popular sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Boston.com and Realtor.com in order to enhance their visibility. We also leverage social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube to get the information out further.
Print Marketing: Brochure and Postcards
Receiving a great marketing packet makes a buyer feel more confident in the prospective investment. We create beautiful multi-page color brochures with photography, specifications, floor plans, list of improvements, maps and area information. We also mail out “Just Listed” color postcards to your neighborhood n case they know someone who is looking for a home.
